Cedar Falls offers abundant outdoor recreation, centered on more than 130 miles of paved and natural-surface trails, including the Cedar Valley Nature Trail and routes along the Cedar River. Visitors are invited to bike, walk, paddle, fish, golf, play disc golf and pickleball, enjoy parks and playgrounds, or explore natural areas such as Big Woods Lake Recreation Area, Hartman Reserve, and George Wyth State Park.
