The Cedar Falls Visitor Center is a Travel Iowa Welcome Center and provides travel information, local recommendations, maps, brochures, and event details to help visitors make the most of their time in Cedar Falls. Guests can learn about local restaurants, outdoor recreation, shopping districts, trails, entertainment venues, and seasonal events throughout the community.


Located on the Prarie Lakes Trail, the center serves as a convenient starting point for exploring the city and surrounding Cedar Valley region. Staff and resources help travelers discover both well-known attractions and local favorites based on their interests and schedule.


Whether planning a weekend getaway, attending an event, or exploring the area for the first time, the Cedar Falls Visitor Center offers a welcoming introduction to the community. The center is staffed Mon-Fri 9-5, with 24/7 access to brochures, maps and guides available in the lobby after hours.
