Twisted Cross

Twisted Cross is a cyclocross event in Cedar Falls that brings together fast racing, a welcoming atmosphere, and good opportunities for new riders to get involved.

The event includes multiple categories and age groups, giving riders a range of options based on age and experience. Kids 8 and under race free, and the event also includes a free cross-style dog race.

Twisted Cross is part of the Iowa Cyclocross Singlespeed Series and includes dedicated men’s and women’s singlespeed races on Saturday.

For riders who are new to cyclocross, Beginner Clinics offer a practical way to learn the basics, ride the course, and improve skills before racing. It’s a good entry point for anyone who wants to try cross for the first time or get more comfortable on the course.

Participants are encouraged to pre-register on BikeReg, and day-of registration is also available. The event takes place rain or shine.
